Folsom Lake College understands that our students today face many barriers including various basic need issues. Our Falcon Cares Program was created to address these basic needs barriers and to provide resources to our students. We offer a wide range of services including food assistance, housing resources, clothing and transportation assistance. If you find yourself in need of any of these resources, please come visit the Falcon Cares Basic Needs Center, located in the Welcome and Student Success Center.
Our Services

During the semester, Folsom Lake College holds a weekly Free Pop-up Pantry distributing perishable and non-perishable food for our student and the community. The Falcon Cares Program also has a stocked pantry, and grocery gift cards, free of charge, for our actively enrolled students in need. We feel this is an ideal way to alleviate food insecurity, at a time when maintaining health and wellness is critical.
