Counseling
Welcome to the Folsom Lake College Counseling Center! We support your academic, career, and personal goals every step of the way.
Meet with us in person or online through appointments or drop in sessions.
Counseling Services
Academic
Counselors are available to help make sure students start off on the right track by developing an education plan of the courses needed to achieve their goal of an Associate's degree, transfer to a four-year institution, or completion of a certificate; even if you’re unsure of your educational goal. Our counseling team is here to help you succeed!
Career
Career goals should be based on interests, personal values, aptitude, and life experiences. Your counselor can explore and select the best major and career goal for you.
Personal
We understand that life while attending school has its challenges that can be stressful. FLC counselors provide confidential, short-term counseling with personal, family, or work concerns as they relate to educational goals.
Meet with a Student Health and Wellness Center (SHWC) therapist or advocate, in person or virtually.
