On-Campus Services

Students can access services both online and in-person for the Fall 2021 semester. Limited in-person support services are available by appointment only - contact the department directly or visit the Reopening webpage for more information. Face masks are required inside all FLC facilities.

Note: As of October 1, 2021, COVID-19 vaccinations are required for all Los Rios students and employees to access district and college facilities. For more information, go to the Vaccine webpage.

The purpose of the PEAC²E program is to enhance the educational experience for Black/African-American students at Folsom Lake College. The PEAC²E program, which stands for Peer Engagement for Achievement, Culture, Connection and Excellence, is designed to enrich the experience of our Black/African-American students by providing a space where students feel a sense of belonging, connection, and are provided enhanced academic support.

The PEACE program's efforts focus on promoting the academic, cultural, social, and personal development of FLC's Black/African-American students, to increase student success and engagement and enrich the entire community.

We also assist in ensuring successful transfer and/or completion of degree programs.

  • Cultural celebrations and other related events, workshops, and programming
  • Priority registration in culturally-focused courses
  • Dedicated academic/tutoring support
