Internships and Career Services
FLC has two departments on campus that can help you decide on a major, find jobs and internships while enrolled as a student, transfer to a four-year institution, or find a career post-graduation.
Career and Transfer Center
The Career and Transfer Center (CTC) supports students in the areas of choosing a major, career exploration, career counseling, job preparation, and transfer preparation and planning.
Paid Industry Experience (PIE) Program
The PIE Program is an initiative to increase the number of students who find quality, paid internships. Employers can hire PIE-eligible students and be reimbursed for up to 100% of the student's wage.
Work Experience and Internship Program
The Work Experience (WEXP) and Internship Program allows students to gain marketable skills and knowledge while earning college credit.
WorkAbility III
The Los Rios WorkAbility III program assists students with disabilities in navigating the journey to employment.
