Tutoring Center Folsom

This in-person peer program is a free resource for all FLC students who need academic support or want to take their success to the next level. This is located on the Folsom Lake College main campus.

In-person tutoring offers interpersonal interactions which may be a better option for you. Tutoring is most effective when students attend consistently.

Please note that some of our in-person tutoring sessions can be switched to online sessions upon request. If you are interested in this option, please call or text us at (279) 356-1828.

Please Remember

• Any currently enrolled Folsom Lake College student may receive tutoring in subjects they are actively taking at FLC.
• Tutoring is most likely to be effective when delivered in high doses through tutoring programs with two or three sessions per week.
• You can schedule 25-minute or 55-minute sessions on any day that tutoring is available.
• Please arrive on time and bring all needed course materials for the session.
• Students are expected to be courteous and mindful of the other sessions being held.
• Before leaving, feel free to stop by the front desk if you would like to schedule more sessions.
• If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel it online or contact the front desk for assistance at least 24 hours before the session start time.
