A strong thesis statement is an essential part of a successful essay for most of the papers you will write in your classes. Attend this workshop to learn strategies for writing clear and effective thesis statements for academic essays and research papers. You will get some hands-on practice during the workshop, so feel free to bring a paper you are currently working on, if you have one.
