Successful writers typically do a lot of the “work” of writing before they even sit down to start writing the draft. Techniques that help writers gather, develop, and organize their ideas before they complete a draft are collectively known as prewriting strategies. Attend this workshop to learn various ways that you can gather your ideas before putting them down into essay format.
