Wines Paired with the Food Selections
2020 Molino de Viento, Syrah Rosé, El Dorado
Estate 100% Syrah (Dry Rosé with a fruitiness of bright pomegranate, strawberry, and cranberry. The firm acidity gives the wine a refreshing tartness that works well with spicy foods.
2018 “Bearly There” Estate
El Dorado (Bordeaux-style blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petite Verdot that is well balanced with tannins that allow the rich fruit and oak flavors to come through. Pairs beautifully with tomato-based foods.
