Folsom Lake College's Work Experience & Internship (WEXP) Program and Career & Transfer Center will present a series of virtual workshops Thursday, October 15 through Thursday, October 22, 2020 as part of Internship Info Week. This is an excellent opportunity for students to learn more about available internships and other career preparedness tools. Note: Recordings of each session have now been added.

Intel Business Internship Info Session
Thursday, October 15, 12:00-1:00pm, Zoom ( pre-register for login information)
Join Intel, Folsom’s Business-Marketing Group and learn about the application process for their Summer 2021 internships. Second year college students with an interest in Business, Economics or related majors are encouraged to apply.

SMUD Internship and Scholarship Info Session

The Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) offers internships in fall, spring and summer in a wide range of majors. Join us to learn about these internships with SMUD’s recruiting team. SMUD’s representatives will also share information about their scholarship program for community college students.

Cal Intern Network Info Session

The California Intern Network, operated by University Enterprises at Sacramento State, is one of THE best places to start your internship search. The website features dozens of PAID student assistant positions, many with State of California offices throughout the Sacramento area and throughout the state. These positions work around your student schedule and even offer 40 hours during summer and winter breaks.
