Folsom Lake College's hands-on training vineyard at the El Dorado Center is a key enhancement to the college’s expanding viticulture and enology program. Nestled in the scenic Sierra Nevada foothills, the vineyard is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders in wine grape growing and production. It offers students a dynamic, immersive learning environment where they gain practical experience in both the art and science of viticulture. The first vines will be planted in late April 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for the program.
