Kaiser Permanente Opens COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at FLC

Folsom Lake College has partnered with Kaiser Permanente to host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Main Folsom campus (10 College Parkway, off E. Bidwell St., in Folsom) starting March 4, 2021.

The clinic will be held daily, Monday through Sunday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm in the college's Gymnasium (follow directional signage once on campus - look for the large building adjacent to sports fields that says “Falcons” on the side). View Map & Directions.

Vaccine Eligibility

As of April 1, 2021, this site is currently offering COVID-19 vaccine appointments for both Kaiser and non-Kaiser members who are:

  • Age 50+
  • Healthcare workers
  • Long-term care facilities residents and staff
  • Educators
  • Childcare providers
  • Emergency services personnel
  • Food and agriculture workers
  • Public transit/airports and commercial airlines workers
  • Those who live in congregate/group settings
  • Those 16-64 who have medical conditions that put them at a higher risk

Note: Non-Kaiser members will be asked to complete a short questionnaire to assign a medical record number to use for vaccine scheduling purposes- you will receive the medical record number within 24 hours.

All vaccinations are by appointment only. No walk-up appointments will be available.

If no appointments are currently available, check back regularly as they release new appointments as they receive more supply.

At max supply, this new Folsom site could give up to 3,000 vaccinations a day. Kaiser Permanente has the capacity to administer 10,000 vaccines a day in the greater Sacramento area across various sites including Folsom Lake College, Cal Expo, a site in South Sacramento on Bruceville Road, and Sierra College in Rocklin.
