You are invited to attend the following student performances at Folsom Lake College's Harris Center for the Arts from now through December:

Falcon's Eye Theatre presents "A Flea in Her Ear"
Friday, November 8, through Sunday, November 24, various times, Stage 2/City Studio Theater
In this hilarious play set in Paris at the turn of the century, a suspicious wife, Raymonde, makes up a plan to catch her husband, Victor, cheating on her. Mistaken identities, outrageous coincidences, and slapstick humor ensue. With witty dialogue and frenetic pacing, this classic comedy of Georges Feydau's farce by David Ives offers a topsy-turvy and raucous evening of entertainment. Tickets are $17-$32.

FLC Vocal & Choral Program presents "Voice Recital"
Monday, December 2, 3:00 pm, Stage 3/Scott-Skillman Recital Hall
The recital will showcase the talents of the vocal students from Folsom Lake College. From classical art songs and Broadway favorites to chart-topping pop hits, this program has it all! The solo works will highlight the unique voices and styles of each performer, while the art songs will transport the audience through various musical genres, from classical to contemporary. Get ready to experience this captivating afternoon of vocal music and witness emerging talent live! Tickets are $30.

FLC Music Department presents "FLC Jazz Band featuring Bella Vista High School Jazz Ensemble I"
Tuesday, December 3, 7:00 pm, Stage 2/City Studio Theater
The Folsom Lake College Jazz Band is excited to present its third concert this fall, featuring a special performance by the Bella Vista High School Jazz Ensemble I. Don’t miss this exciting evening of jazz. Tickets are $15-$27.

FLC Dance & Music Departments present “Nutcracker Reimagined!”
Thursday, December 5, 6:00 pm, Stage 1
Step into a world where tradition meets innovation. Journey through the Land of Sweets with the Sugar Plum Fairy, face off against the Rat King, and witness the elegance of classical ballet contrasted with the raw energy of Hip-Hop. Explore new lands with vibrant multicultural dance styles, from Hula to classical Chinese dance and more. Embark on a new adventure with us this holiday season! Tickets are $30-$42.

FLC Youth Chamber Orchestra presents “Winter Concert”
Sunday, December 8, 2:00 pm, Stage 3/Scott-Skillman Recital Hall
The FLC Youth Chamber Orchestra surprises and excites audiences as one of the most captivating young artists ensembles in the Greater Sacramento area.  These young people, ages ranging from 12-20, gained recognition for their expressive and imaginative performances. Their challenging repertoire includes baroque, contemporary, classical, jazz, and folk.  This ensemble, created with highly selected soloists, is one of a kind, where each young musician can be spotlighted and express their artistic abilities.  Tickets are $20.
