The Becoming Student Leaders Conference seeks to empower FLC students through the development of personal and professional skills and by embracing our culture and identities to positively impact our lives and our community. This year’s focus includes developing leadership skills and strengthening students’ ability to advance their professional aspirations. Through workshops, activities, networking opportunities and more, the conference aims to strengthen your professional skills by learning to grow your career networks, promote your contribution and worth, successfully interview, and address and handle microaggressions.
