Students who wish to submit a Financial Aid Appeal due to lack of Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) must submit their request by this date. Failure to meet deadline will result in denial of appeal.

Students who are attending another college within the Los Rios Community College District and want the financial aid office at the home school to consider the other college units (must be enrolled in courses on or by the Pell Recalculation Date for the term) for payment must submit a request by this date.

Students seeking financial aid for the respective semester(s) should submit all requested documents by this date. Failure to complete your financial aid file by this date may forfeit your aid eligibility.

In addition to completing your file by the “File Completion” deadline, students must be enrolled in their courses that start at the beginning of the term to receive aid the first week of the semester. Students who add courses after this deadline may not receive payment for the courses added on the first week of classes. Students will not receive grants until the course(s) has started.

Students who want to be considered for a Cal Grant from the California Studen Aid Commission (for community college students only) must complete a FAFSA or CADAA, GPA verification, and be enrolled at a community college by this date.

The amount of your Pell Grant eligibility will be based on the units you are enrolled in on this date.

To ensure students are awarded aid the first week of the semester or the first week of classes, students must turn in all required documents and meet all eligibility standards by this date.

Students who wish to receive a loan must submit their request by this date. Failure to meet the deadline may result in denial of a loan.
