More in This Series

Continuing from the magic and mayhem of Medieval Week, we're taking things a step further into the realm of fantasy for Dungeons & Dragons Week, one of our most popular weeks of the semester. Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned adventurer, this week is about exploring the world of D&D through gameplay, character creation, and the many crafts that bring it all to life. We'll have character sheets available for anyone who wants to learn how to build a player, and throughout the week we'll be highlighting elements like minifigures, dice trays, and maps that make the game even more immersive.
And if you're interested in playing more D&D or exploring other tabletop games, join the amazing Tabletop Club on Discord.
Event of the Week
Clay Character Tokens
Day: Tuesday, April 15
Time: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
Create your own clay miniatures to represent your D&D character, or just make a cool little wizard blob. Whatever your artistic level, we've got materials for you to get creative.
D&D Learning Session
Day: Wednesday, April 16
Time: 1:00 to 1:30 pm
A short and simple breakdown of the basics: learn how D&D is played, the general rules and etiquette, and some fun history behind the game. Great for first-timers or anyone looking to refresh their knowledge before Thursday's big game.
D&D One-Shot (with Tabletop Club)
Day: Thursday, April 17
Time: 4:00 to 8:00 pm, Welcome Center
A D&D one-shot is a full adventure that starts and finishes in one session, no long-term commitment needed. Come create a character, meet your party, and start playing. This event is beginner-friendly and great for anyone curious about the game. Bring your luckiest dice and some snacks if you'd like, but all materials will be provided. If you can't stay the whole time, you're still welcome to join for part of the adventure. Bring your character sheet and a player token if you can!
