We will meet in the Equity Center and decide our walking path and head out by 12:05 pm. We will walk around campus for the purpose of connecting and being mindful of stress reduction and wellness for 15 to 30 minutes each session. Join us for the whole walk, or a bit of it depending on your schedule and availability.

Wear comfortable walking shoes.
