Join us for this five-part experience that will create a safe space to learn and discuss emotion in a practical, accessible way. Though this is not a therapy group, it may be a good way to explore emotional or mental health. All are welcome!
You may come to any number of combinations of group meetings — no sign-up is required. All groups will be conducted via zoom. This is an interactive experience and not a class.
