Echo: Exploring & Collecting History Online: "The site incorporates the WWW Virtual Library for the History of Science, Technology, Medicine, and Industry - an index of nearly 5,000 websites, many with excerpts and annotations. Since 2001 the Echo project has used the Internet to collect and present the history of science, technology, and industry. Echo provides a centralized guide and portal for those seeking websites on the history of science and technology. This guide helps researchers find the exact information they need while also granting curious browsers a forum for exploration."

Energy Science and Technology Virtual Library: "EnergyFiles is a virtual library of over 500 science and technology databases and Web sites. Sponsored, developed, and maintained by the Department of Energy's Office of Scientific and Technical Information (OSTI), this site provides access to information, tools, and technologies relevant to the Department of Energy (DOE), with an emphasis on the physical sciences. This page contains an enhanced alphabetical listing of all resources available through the service. It can be used for locating a specific collection or resource or for browsing the entire list of resources. Organization of resources by subject area is available through the Subject Pathways."

National Academy of Engineering: "This site offers a collection of links to websites related to engineering, technology, and science. The NAE has also compiled a list of professional engineering and science organizations, and resources on engineering ethics."

NorthWest Builders Network Resource Guide: "Companies, resources and organizations serving the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry in the Pacific Northwest."

American Society of Civil Engineers Database: "The Civil Engineering Database is designed to provide easy access to all ASCE publications. The database covers ASCE documents published since 1970. It provides access to all journal abstracts, conference proceedings, books, standards, manuals, magazines, and newspapers."

Linda Hall Library: "Linda Hall Library is an independent public library of science, engineering and technology located on a 14 acre arboretum in Kansas City, Missouri. The public is welcome to use the collections on site without cost. The Library is used extensively by companies, academic institutions and individuals throughout the world. The Library was established by the wills of Herbert and Linda Hall and opened in 1946."
